Yes! We’re pleased to announce that American River RV & Boat Storage is now under new ownership. Our new management team is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and affordable storage experience while introducing several improvements to enhance convenience, security, and account management.

We’ve made a few important updates:
A new online tenant portal (storEDGE) for easier payments and account access
A new keypad gate access system (keycards are no longer used)
A new lease agreement and facility rules for all tenants to sign electronically
Continued same rental rate and space assignment

All tenants are required to set up their storEDGE online account, which allows you to:
Make future rental payments
View payment history and account details
Access important facility and account information
We will no longer accept checks or cash at the facility.
All payments must be made online through storEDGE or by phone using ACH (checking) or a credit/debit card

You need your account number and unit number to sign up. If you do not know these information please contact our office.

We’ve upgraded to a keypad entry system. Each tenant must use a personal gate code to enter and exit the facility.
Keycard access is no longer supported — you may destroy your old keycards.
If you have not yet submitted your gate code, please click this link [Submit Your Gate Code] or call our office to provide one

Please follow these guidelines when choosing your code:
Minimum of 4 digits
Value must be between 1000 and 9999999999
Cannot start with 0 (zero)
Cannot use the same digit repeated (e.g., 1111, 2222, etc.)
Must be unique for your security
Once your code is received and verified, you’ll get a confirmation email that it’s active.

If you paid a keycard deposit, you may choose to:
Receive a refund check, or Apply the amount as a credit toward your next month’s rent.
Please contact our office to let us know your preference.

Gate access hours remain 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.
Entry or exit outside these hours is not permitted.

Yes. Every tenant is required to review and sign the updated Lease Agreement and Facility Rules. These documents ensure clarity and consistency across all tenants.
We will send you an email with a link to review and electronically sign the new agreement. If you have not updated us with your email address please contact our office.

No. Your current space assignment and rental rate remain the same. These updates are administrative and operational only.

We require a 30-day written notice prior to moving out. Please contact the office to submit your notice and confirm your final account details.
